<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain real time property desired by a user. <P>SOLUTION: When transmission/reception of data is performed between a server and a client under communication environment by a network 2, a communication part 19 is adopted as an end-point between the server side and the client side. In this case, an RTP setting part 119 of the communication part 19 on the client side sets a real time parameter RTP which is desired to be used by itself and represents characters of the network 2. Then, a real time control part 115 controls transmission/reception processing of the data by performing real time control based on the RTP. In addition, the communication part 119 on the client side informs the sever side of the set RTP. The real time control part 115 on the server side also controls the transmission/reception processing of the data by performing the real time control based on the informed RTP.
