PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain facility cost reduction and effective use of the facility by performing processing suitable for an IP network. SOLUTION: An IP telephony transceiver control part 32 deals with audio data/packet of an IP telephone to transmit to and to receive from the IP network by dealing with an incoming IP telephone call or an IP telephone call to be connected to a customer by protocol processing using a CTI instruction telegraphic message or an IP telephone state telegraphic message. A recognition processing unit 37 sequentially performs a DTMF tone recognition processing or a voice recognition processing to voice data/packet of the telephone conversation of the IP telephone in which the customer becomes a transmitting originator, received from the IP network by the IP telephony transceiver controller. Furthermore, an operator receives information for supporting customer correspondence by an information receiving part that is not illustrated.
