PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation member which is relatively simple inexpensively, while a durability with respect to a contaminant of droplets or the like is also excellent. SOLUTION: The ventilation member 1 comprises a support 2, a ventilation film 6, and a cover 10. The support 2 is plate-shaped and a through-hole 2h serving as a ventilation passage inside and outside a cabinet 7 is formed so as to penetrate through a first main surface 2p and a second main surface 2q. The ventilation film 6 is disposed on the first main surface 2p of the support 2 so as to close one opening of the through-hole 2h. The cover 10 covers the support 2 and the ventilation film 6 from the side of the first main surface 2p, and also forms an opening gap SH interconnected with an outer air between the first main surface 2p and a surface of the ventilation film 6.
