PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens apparatus capable of attaining the miniaturization while securing a wide image capturing angle. SOLUTION: The lens apparatus 100 includes: a first lens 11 whose front surface is a convex curved surface 11a curved around the center part thereof, and whose rear surface has a concave curved surface 11b at the center part thereof; a second lens 12 whose front surface has a projecting part 12a with a concave curved surface 12c formed at the surface of the part 12a while fitting along the outer peripheral part of the concave curved surface 11b of the first lens 11; a lens holding part 30 for storing the first and second lenses 11 and 12 while making the rear surface of the first lens 11 and the front surface of the second lens 12 face each other and aligning the optical axes of the first and second lenses 11 and 12; a step 11c formed on the first lens 11; a ring-like pressure member 40 provided to pressurize the lower step face 11d of the step 11c; and an O-ring 50 provided so that the outer peripheral edge part on the rear surface of the first lens 11 may be pressurized by the O-ring.
