PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a sampling of a signal in a target system, using a probe, without influencing the operation of the target system. SOLUTION: A regenerator probe device 100 has a first access port 105 and a second access port 106. The first and second access ports are made to adapt that should be interposed in a testing circuit. A voltage amplifier 109 and a voltage divider 110 are made to adapt in order to present a voltage which expresses substantially the voltage received by the first access port to the second access port and a measurement port, respectively.
