PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a camera in an elevator to prevent an elevator user's crime and allow an elevator user to use the elevator comfortably without feeling the sense of distrust and dissatisfaction irrespective of the installed camera. SOLUTION: This elevator system is provided with an elevator car 1, the camera 7 installed in the elevator car 1 to image the inside of the elevator car 1, and display parts 6a, 6b for displaying contents of restrictions of a person in charge of elevator management related to the handling of the information imaged by the camera 7.
