PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the machinability of a through-hole opening in the outside surface of a forming die and in the surface forming a die hole. SOLUTION: A forming die D1 is provided with a frame body 10 and dies 20, which are arranged inside the frame body 10 and which form a die hole 3. The dies 20 have a first and second parts, which form the die hole 3 and include the surfaces opposing to each other respectively. In the frame body 10, a first through-hole 16, which passes through so that it opens in the outside surface and the inside surface of the frame body 10, is formed. In the first part, a second through-hole 25 continuing to the first through-hole 16 is formed. The second through-hole 25 includes a first region 26 and a second region 27. The first region 26 is opened in the surface of the first part, which opposes to the inside surface of the frame body 10, and is made to be a first cross section.
