<p>The device has an outer flange part (5) fitted to a dust filter bag wall (2), where the flange part exhibits a passage opening (6). An adapter plate from a stiffen material is fixed to a dust vacuum device on one side and is detachably connected with the flange part on other side. A locking cap (32) is arranged at the flange part, and is tiltable around a rotation axis between closing and opening positions. The adapter plate exhibits an actuation protrusion that is tiltable in its open position, where the protrusion adjoins against the locking cap during its connection with the flange part.
