<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit electronic data including no information to be managed without any restriction on a transmission destination for ensuring convenience while restricting the transmission destination of electronic data including the information to be managed such as personal information, customer information, and secrecy information for surely attaining security/leakage prevention. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that the electronic data to be transmitted from a terminal device 10 includes the information to be managed, transmission of the electronic data is allowed if the transmission destination is designated among the destination information registered in this management server 20. If the transmission destination is not designated among the destination information registered in the management server 20, transmission of the electronic data is prohibited.
