PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage progress of requested items, and the like, by preventing omission of recognition of an action request included in voluminous messages posted in a community, on an electronic bulletin board, or the like. SOLUTION: Content of a posted message is analyzed to determine whether or not the message is for an action request, and if the action request is included, the determination result is held. Then, a message is produced based on the determination result if required, and is presented to a user at the appropriate time, thus preventing omission of recognition of the action request. When messages accumulated on a server side are targeted, the server side manages, for respective messages, the recognition of being requested and progress of the requested items, thus facilitating management on the action request side.
