PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline-ionized water producing machine capable of preventing the vibration of a main body case by preventing the vibration of a diaphragm from directly transferring to the main body case with a simple structure for a technique of providing the alkaline-ionized water producing machine with a speaker carrying out a speech guide. SOLUTION: The main body case 2 including an electrolytic cell 1 inside is provided with a leg part 4 for installation and the bottom plate 7 of the main body case 2 is located above the lower end of the leg part 4 for installation. The upper face of the bottom plate 7 of the main body case 2 is provided with a ring-like protrusion part 3 in protrusion. The upper face of the ring-like protrusion part 3 mounts the speaker 5 to make a space surrounding by the ring-like protrusion part 3 into a resonance chamber 6. A region surrounding by the ring-like protrusion part 3 of the bottom plate 7 is provided with a hole 9 for the outlet of sound communicating with the resonance chamber 6 and a lower space 8 below the bottom plate 7.
