<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a control system in which a controller and servo drive device are connected via network, a communication cycle of the network needs to be identical to a control cycle of the servo drive device, so that the control cycle cannot be set arbitrarily. <P>SOLUTION: It is possible to select combinations of the controller and servo controller flexibly and to select the servo drive cycle and a control method optimal for performance and functions of equipment to be driven by the servo motor by changing a transmission timing of a control command without making the communication cycle of transmission data output by the controller coincident with the servo drive cycle in which driving control is performed to the servo motor in the servo drive device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
