<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further miniaturize a non-contact data carrier for reading stored data in a non-contact state and a wiring board for a non-contact data carrier as the component. <P>SOLUTION: This non-contact data carrier is provided with an IC chip in which data can be stored and a wiring board on which the IC chip is mounted. The wiring board is provided with a plurality of wiring layers including an external wiring layer formed on one face of the wiring board, and an antenna pattern is formed in each of those plurality of wiring layers, and a minimum clearance from the terminal face of the wiring board to an antenna pattern in the external wiring layer is set to be smaller than a minimum clearance from the terminal face of the wiring board to the antenna pattern in a certain wiring layer other than the external wiring layer among a plurality of the wiring layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
