<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the transmission and receive performance by increasing an on/off ratio of a semiconductor element which switches a high frequency transmission signal used in a high frequency transceiver. <P>SOLUTION: The high frequency transceiver includes a high frequency oscillator 1, a brancher 2, first and second semiconductor elements 3', 3", a transceiver antenna 5, and a mixer 6. In the first semiconductor element 3', two MESFETs 201, 202 are connected in series or in parallel with a space D in between. In the high frequency transceiver device, the space D between two MESFETs 201, 202 is so set that the phase of the high frequency propagating signal varies only in±π/2. The on/off ratio of the first semiconductor element 3' can be enhanced, so useless signals in transmitting system and receiving system can be restricted and transmission and receive performance can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
