PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a launching wheel attachable to a ship's hull without spoiling an outer appearance. SOLUTION: A base end part 21a of a swing arm 21 is rotatably mounted on a base bracket 20 fixed on a transom plate 16. This swing arm 21 is furnished with a guide groove 50 extending in the longitudinal direction, and an axle 51 to support the wheel 22 is stored in this guide groove 50 free to move. The swing arm 21 is sprung up and fixed in navigating an inflatable boat, and the axle 51 is made to slide to the side of the base end part 21a of the swing arm 21 along the guide groove 50. Consequently, it is possible to store the wheel 22 never used in navigation near the transom plate 16, and accordingly, it is possible to improve the outer appearance of the inflatable boat.
