PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an evacuation path from a residence, and to easily introduce a system even if a power failure has occurred due to a large-scaled disaster or the stop of a breaker in a house in an inductive illumination system in emergency. SOLUTION: This inductive illumination system in emergency is provided with an illumination apparatus 1; a remote controller 2 for transmitting a control signal to control the lighting state of the illumination apparatus 1; a device for detecting emergency information; and an emergency signal transmitting part 33 for transmitting an emergency signal according to emergency information detected by an earthquake detection device 3. The remote controller 2 is provided with an emergency signal receiving part 21 arranged corresponding to a guide path in emergency for receiving an emergency signal and an LED 24 for emitting rays of light by using a battery as a power source according to the emergency signal. Thus, even if the power failure has occurred due to the large-scaled disaster or the stop of the breaker in a house, the LED 24 of the remote controller 2 is made to emit the rays of light according to the driving of a battery according to an emergency signal so that it is possible to display an evacuation path from the house.
