PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a inflection optical unit, equipped with a simple adjusting mechanism capable of performing not only positioning adjustment in an optical axis direction, but also swing adjustment. SOLUTION: A housing is divided to a front housing 100A and a rear housing 100B. A remaining lens, except for the objective in a first lens group including a prism and a second lens group 12, are held in the front housing 100A, and a third lens group and a fourth lens group 14 are held in the rear housing 100B. By coupling both housings 100A and 100B by a screw 101A, while putting an elastic body G1 in-between, the position of the lens and swing thereof are adjusted, according to the extent the screw is tightened.
