PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable holder pack for electronic equipment capable of securing safety of a body of a member engaging in activity to maintain security, and disaster prevention activity, and simultaneously maintaining a device. SOLUTION: This portable holder pack 1 comprises a flat bag-shaped device receiving portion 6 being openable and closable by a fastener 5, a pair of breathable cushion portions 7 disposed in a state of surrounding at least front and rear parts of the receiving portion, and a bulletproof panel portion 8 integrally stacked on an outer side of the cushion portions 7 at an outer face side, and has flexibility as a whole.
