PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally lock and unlock a lock by obtaining exact information which indicates the positional relationship between a strike on the door frame side and a lock body on the door side. SOLUTION: A magnet 3 is provided on the door frame 2 side and a magnetic sensor 5 is provided to face the magnet 3 in the magnet body 4 on the door 7 side. The magnetic sensor 5 detects the intensity of magnetic field by the magnet 3 in accordance with the opening and closing of the door 7. A magnetic operating part 6 compares the intensity of the magnetic field which the magnetic sensor 5 detects with the intensity of a set magnetic field which is preliminarily initialized in accordance with door closure or the lockable state of the lock and outputs a judgement signal which indicates the state of door closure and the lockable state of the lock in accordance with comparison result to a main control part 9. The main control part 9 locks and unlocks the lock based on the judgement signal indicating the present state of the door 7 and the lock from the magnetic operating part 6 when the locking and unlocking operation from the outside is normally carried out by obtaining the exact information which indicates the positional relationship between the strike on the door frame and the lock body by the judgement signal from the magnetic operating part 6.
