PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device having high tool rigidity, in an eccentricity-controllable structure. SOLUTION: A cutter head 14 is removabley provided in the lower part of an arbor 13 fitted to a spindle 11 of a machine tool. The cutter head 14 is provided with an arm part 15 projected in the the direction of diameter of the arbor, and is fitted to adjust the movement in the projecting direction of the arm part 15. That is, a guide projected member 16 fixed to the diameter part of the tip face of the arbor 13 and a guide recessed part 18 of the cutter head 14 are slidably engaged with each other, and the cutter head 14 is fastened and fixed to the leading end face of the arbor 13 by a bolt 22 inserted in an elongated hole 21 of the cutter head 14. A contact part between the arbor 13 and the cutter head 14 is provided with a serration part 24 having a saw blade sectional shape for transmitting the rotation of the arbor 13 to the cutter head 14. The arm part 15 of the cutter head 14 has a cartridge fitting groove 25 on the arbor 13 side of the tip part, and a machining blade 26 is removably fitted to the cartridge fitting groove 25 by a fitting bolt 28.
