PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find fraudulence even when it is performed to a control board. SOLUTION: A main control board case 30 houses a main control board 60 by a case main body 40 and a case lid body 50. A sealing sticker 70 is a hologram brittle sticker, one surface is adhered to the case lid body 50, the other surface is adhered to the main control board 60, and it is irreversibly destroyed when the case lid body 50 and the main control board 60 are separated. In this case, when a fraudulently acting person is to perform fraudulence to the main control board 60, he/she separates the case lid body 50 and the main control board 60, but since the sealing sticker 70 is irreversibly destroyed in that case, the sealing sticker 70 is not restored even when he/she tries to restore it.
