PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligator for medical use, wherein the operation for bonding a lesion part by a ligature member and the operation for cutting the ligature member can be carried out on a serial operation. SOLUTION: The medical ligator has a receiving member 22 as a ligator main body with a ligature wire 18 as a ligature member with flexibility for ligating living tissue, a movement part to connect a first position in the radial direction of the receive member 22 and a second position at a distance in the radial direction away from the first position by the ligature wire 18, and a movable cutting blade 16 for cutting the ligature member.
