PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup insole, of extremely low temperature dependence, having a higher impact absorption ratio at temperatures over 0°C, and maintaining a high impact absorption ratio at 0°C or lower temperatures. SOLUTION: The cup insole comprises polystyrene-based transparent elastomer, preferably SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) elastomer, or polystyrene-based foam elastomer, preferably SEBS (styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene) foam elastomer, and surface material provided on the side to contact the sole of the foot, and it has JISA hardness of 35 per 10 mm thickness by JIS-K6301.
