PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement mount where both of the sides of a toilet stool side and a basin side can be used satisfactorily by selecting its installing position freely. SOLUTION: The implement mount 9 arranged between the toilet stool 5 and the basin 6 is provided with a plate member 10 in a vertical direction. The implement mount 9 has at least a paper holder 12 mounted to the side of the toilet stool 5 of the plate member 10 and at least a towel hanger 15 on the side of the basin 6 of the plate member 10, and the implement mount 9 is fixed to a floor surface F.
