The device has receiving units for receiving a payload in a horizontal direction. Lifting devices (9, 13) are fixable at an airplane structure. The lifting devices are extendable such that the receiving units are movable in a vertical direction and are selected form the group that consists of a linear pneumatic lifting device, hydraulic lifting device and electrical lifting device. The receiving units are movably fixed at a carrier by a hanging unit. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a supply system for orderly arrangement of payload for airplane (2) an application of a supply device for orderly arrangement of payload (3) an airplane with a supply device.
