Heat conductive sheet (3) for placing in the interstice between heating unit (21) and a container to be heated, comprising multiple heat conductive base materials (30) provided with heat transfer paths obtained by packing to given thickness of a metal thin-film material so as to realize irregular minute bending while attaining metal thin-film material to metal thin-film material continuity or contact and provided with minute interstitial parts scattering between heat transfer paths, wherein the heat conductive base materials (30) are arranged in a configuration corresponding to the configuration of contact surface of the container, and wherein at least the side of heat conductive base materials (30) brought into contact with the container is covered with sheet material (40) having heat conductivity. The heat conductive sheet (3) realizes effective conduction of the heat of the heating unit to the container, and even in the case of frequent exchanging of containers laden with a drug of large weight, hardly suffers from drop of heat conduction efficiency at all. Further, the heat conductive sheet (3) can be used in a clean room.
