A manhole, an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for connecting a connection pipe of a manhole are provided to improve the construction efficiency by readily connecting the connection pipe of the manhole. A manhole comprises a manhole body(300) having a predetermined internal receiving space. At least one connection hole is formed at one side of the manhole body(300). A predetermined connection pipe(310) is inserted into the connection hole(31). A sealing member(370) is formed integrally with the manhole body(300) on the inner peripheral surface of the connection hole(31) formed in the manhole body(300), so that the sealing member(370) prevents fluid from being leaked in a state in which the connection pipe(310) is inserted into the connection hole(31). The sealing member(370) is made from a flexible material.
