A sliding window with reinforced adiabatic capacity is provided to heighten adiabatic capacity by inserting an inner insulation between an outdoor part and an indoor part of a window frame and cutting off heat conduction from the outdoor part to the indoor part. The sliding window with reinforced adiabatic capacity comprises a window frame(100) formed in a rectangle and formed by inserting an inner insulation(114) between an aluminum outdoor part(111) and an aluminum indoor part(112), an outdoor window(200) fixed to the window frame and provided with a lower frame composed of a wood frame fixed on the top of the outdoor part to support the inside of glass(201) of the outdoor window, a glass fixing frame coupled with the wood frame by a long screw to support the outside of the glass of the outdoor window and an outer insulation inserted between the wood frame and the glass fixing frame, and an indoor window supported to the window frame to be opened and closed.
