A method of preparing soup prepared with fermented soybeans(Cheongkukjang) by soaking soybeans in green tea and plum extract and fermenting is provided. The food product is formed in a pill form and has effects of stimulating appetite, lowering cholesterol and preventing aging. Soybeans are soaked in green tea and plum extract for 24hr, heated, cooled and fermented for 3 days in a fermentation vessel. For an example, 3g green tea and 3g plum are heated. Then 94g soybeans are soaked in the green tea and plum extract, heated, cooled and fermented for 3 days in a fermentation vessel. |
