摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ag alloy translucent reflective film and a reflective film of optical recording media such as optical recording disks (CD-RW, DVD-RAM) and to provide an Ag alloy sputtering target for forming the Ag alloy translucent reflective film and the reflective film.

SOLUTION: The translucent reflective film and the reflective film for optical recording media is composed of a silver alloy having a composition consisting of 0.001-0.1% by mass of Ca, 0.05-1% by mass of Mg, and the balance of Ag and unavoidable impurities. The target is composed of a silver alloy having a composition consisting of 0.001-0.1% by mass of Ca, 0.05-1% by mass of Mg, and the balance of Ag and unavoidable impurities.
