PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information retrieving method improved in the operability of information retrieval.

SOLUTION: Related objects 203 related to a specified retrieval source object 201 are retrieved and displayed on a display screen 200 and a display number setting object 202 for setting the number of the related objects 203 to be displayed on the display screen 200 is displayed on the display screen 200 together with the related objects 203. Further, the specified related object 203 is regarded as a new retrieval source object 201A and related objects related to the new retrieval source object 201A are retrieved and displayed on the display screen 200A.
