<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve problems on warping and dimensional stability on a halogen-free substrate without using a halogen containing flame retardant. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the lamination of a plurality of prepregs made of a heat curable resin composition and a textile substrate and the overlaying of one side or both sides of it with a metallic foil, and forming under heating and pressing them, therein the temperature of the laminated sheet for the printed board at the end of the pressing is made higher than a glass transition temperature of the laminated sheet for the printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
