摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing siloxanes in a digestion gas by a temperature variation type adsorption method using a resin adsorbent, by which the resin adsorbent can be regenerated at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This method for removing the siloxanes, comprising flowing a digestion gas from a digestion tank in an adsorption tower 4A (4B) filled with a resin adsorbent to adsorb and remove the siloxanes contained in the digestion gas and then flowing the regenerated gas in the adsorption tower 4A (4B) to desorb the siloxanes adsorbed to the inner resin adsorbent, thus regenerating the resin adsorbent, is characterized by using steam from a boiler 6 in an early regeneration time, flowing a heated gas having an oxygen concentration of≤10 vol.% in a middle regeneration time, and then flowing an ordinary temperature gas having an oxygen concentration of≤10 vol.% in a final regeneration time, as the regeneration gas, and using a part of steam produced in a boiler 6 for producing the steam for heating the digestion tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
