<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a user is required to search for a route again when, because of a delay of public transportation, the user cannot use the public transportation on the route or at the time on schedule; and congestion occurs when the delay certificate and tickets for alternative transportation are received. <P>SOLUTION: The route selected by each user is stored in a route distribution device. A delay threshold value is set in the route distribution device, and when the threshold value is exceeded, the process of redistributing a route or a determination on whether or not the certificate of delay is to be issued is performed. If the need to issue the electronic delay certificate or provide alternative transportation arises, corresponding persons are determined based on GPS information. Based on the result of this determination, the route distribution device sends the electronic delay certificate or electronic tickets for alternative transportation to the passengers who leave a transfer station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
