PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow selection of a frequency having a high probability of being received, by prohibiting selection of frequencies of channels affected by disturbing waves or the like when transmitting a data request signal from a reception module to a sensor module. SOLUTION: A reception module 1 selects a frequency for use for the data request signal from frequencies of all channels in the case of the absence of channels prohibited from being used and selects the frequency for use for the data request signal from frequencies of channels other than channels prohibited from being used. In the case that the reception module fails to acquire measurement data from a sensor module 3, the reception module 1 sets a communication channel through which the reception module has failed to acquire measurement data a prescribed number of times, as a channel prohibited from being used.
