PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary sealing head which allows easy controlling of the temperature on a seal surface, and reliable performance of the temporary sealing on an opening end face of a spout, and also to provide a filling and sealing device using the same. SOLUTION: A rod part 82 for reciprocating a head part 81 is tightened/loosened parallel to a sealing surface 81a by a first sub rod 82a and a second sub rod 82b. When adjusting the alignment of the head part 81, an adjustment shim 85 is inserted into a joining surface 81s where the first sub rod 82a and the second sub rod 82b are joined therewith. The outside diameter of the first sub rod 82a is smaller than the maximum outside diameter of the head part 81, and secures a space for allowing a temperature sensor 84 to pass between the head part and a cylindrical cutter part 83.
