PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a reproducer is required to be provided with a settlement function and a communication function, for bind processing which is a preprocessing for reproducing an encryption content. SOLUTION: A mobile communication apparatus is provided with interface portions (13 and 14) to be detachably connected to a communication portion (11) for communicating with a server and a storage portion (12) provided with a unique medium ID. The mobile communication apparatus (10) is provided with a control portion (15) to control the communication portion and the storage portion so that the mobile communication apparatus communicates with the server using the communication portion, transmits the medium ID unique to the storage portion acquired from the storage portion through the interface portions and a content ID corresponding to the encryption content to the server, receives the content ID necessary for decoding the encryption content not to be stored in the mobile communication apparatus and a unique information unique to the medium ID from the server, and stores them in the storage portion through the interface portions.
