PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker unit capable of suppressing degrading of sound quality of a speaker even when the speaker unit is installed under a humid environment such as an outdoor place and a bath room. SOLUTION: In this speaker unit 1, a speaker opening 35 is provided on a unit main body 2 with a drainage hole (notch part 43) and a moisture drainage hole 32, and the speaker 13 is arranged in the unit main body 2 while the speaker 13 faces the speaker opening 35. Then a speaker sealing case 16 for covering the rear side of the speaker 13 is fitted to a speaker support member 11, so that a region in a nearly sealing state including the speaker 13 isolated from a region including the drainage hole (notch part 43) and the moisture drainage hole 32 is formed in the unit main body 2.
