PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby information processing apparatuses forming a group can share a group key even when the information processing apparatuses are respectively and asynchronously connected to an adhoc network. SOLUTION: A group management server 5 stores a shared encryption key used for encryption communication between the computers (information processing apparatuses) for forming the group and encrypts the key by a KEK, and generates key information including encrypted data, IDs of the computers belonging to the group, and data encrypting the KEK by public keys of the computers. The group management server 5 transmits the key information to one of the computers connected to the network 1. The computer receiving the key information shares the key information with the other computers. The computers belonging to the group confirm that the IDs of their own apparatuses are included in the key information to decode the KEK, and decode the shared encryption key by using the KEK.
