PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position determination device capable of determining a current position, using a signal containing no information indicating a district such as broadcasting station information. SOLUTION: The current position of one's own vehicle is easily detected even when the signal containing the district information such as the broadcasting station information is not imposed in a signal received by a receiver 3, by comparing a reception intensity sampling data (frequency received with the signal and signal intensity therein) detected actually by the receiver 3 while changing the reception frequency of a radio signal by the receiver 3 when feeding an electric power source of a display switching means 1, with a reception intensity pattern data in the each district stored in a memory 41, to determine the current position of one's own vehicle by a CPU 42.
