PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To memorize the maximum strain values on many points with a small quantity of wire, to dispense with full-time measurement, to respond to displacement ranging from a small to a large amount thereof, and to perform measurement on the maximum amount of displacement of a sensor in cutting and its cutting position. SOLUTION: First and second slide members 2 and 3 are fitted to each other in a relatively slidable manner. Cutter parts 5 each assuming a cantilever bean shape are mounted on the first slide member 2, with a knife edge formed on each of their front end sides while a taper part formed on each of their opposite side surfaces. A cutter keep member 6 and a fiber alignment member 7 are mounted on the second slide member 3. When a large amount of displacement is given in a tensile direction between the two slide members 2 and 3, any of the plurality of cutter parts 5 makes contact with a comb tooth part of the keep member 6 according to the amount of its displacement to pushingly cut off any of a plurality of optical fibers disposed down below.
