PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refraction optical unit equipped with a simple mechanism, capable of adjusting the performance of a lens before the lens is fixed in a housing. SOLUTION: In the refraction optical unit, one end F of a guide shaft 17 is fixedly supported and also the other end P is movably supported before the guide shaft 17 is fixed in the housing 100. By operating an operation piece 132, together with a plurality of lens groups 12 to 14 supported on the guide shaft 17, the guide shaft 17 is made eccentric in any direction, with the supporting end F as reference, whereby the direction of the guide shaft 17 is made to coincide with the direction of a second optical axis OP2 so as to adjust the performance of the lens.
