MATTED COSMETIC COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-compacted type cosmetic composition for caring for and/or making up a keratinic substance. SOLUTION: This non-compacted type cosmetic composition is provided by containing at least 22 wt.% water based on the total weight of the composition and at least one fatty phase containing the dispersed material of at least one kind of micronized wax particles, in a physiologically acceptable medium.
