PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake restoring operation device of an elevator for successively starting earthquake restoring operation (diagnostic operation) by shifting the operations one by one in terms of time, when performing the earthquake restoring operation (the diagnostic operation) of diagnosing the existence of an abnormality by a level of a noise value in traveling for the elevators arranged in a plurality of sets by using, for example, a microphone on a car. SOLUTION: In this earthquake restoring operation for a plurality of elevators for diagnosing the existence of an abnormality by the level of the noise value in traveling by using, for example, the microphone arranged on the car 3 of the elevator, an elevator control panel 5 of each car is provided with timer means 11 and 12 for successively starting the earthquake restoring operation, by shifting the operations one by one in terms of time, without simultaneously performing a plurality of the operations when the preset time limit of a timer is completed after completing earthquake control operation.
