The unit (10) comprises a rotor (12) accommodated inside a housing (28) and moving around a central axle (14) joined to the housing (28). The rotor (12) is driven by an aggregate (16) designed as an external electrically operated motor assembled of a wound stator (24) and a revolving bell (20). The rotary motion of the aggregate (16) is transmitted to the rotor (12) by a belt (18) guided around both of the rotating devices (12,16).
