<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug or the like with a simple composition, allowing easy and positive injection or suction of a fluid in a fluid container, capable of easily and positively carrying out plugging after injection or suction, and capable of reducing manufacture costs. <P>SOLUTION: The plug 2 is used in the sealed container 1 for injecting or sucking fluid into an interior, and it is provided with a first plate member 21 bored with a through hole 21a for injecting or sucking the fluid into the sealed container 1, and fixed to an inner face of the sealed container 1, and a second plate member 22 provided so it can approach and separate with respect to the first plate member 21 by magnetic force in an opposite side of a container fixed face of the first plate member 2.
