摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display capable of improving an adhesion characteristic between a substrate and a sealing substrate by forming a surface of the substrate contacting a frit into an uneven part; and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This application is related to the organic electroluminescent display capable of improving an adhesion characteristic by forming a surface of a substrate contacting a frit into an uneven part, and its manufacturing method. It includes: a first substrate including a pixel region in which at least one organic light emitting diode is formed and a non-pixel region formed on the outer periphery of the pixel region, and having an uneven part formed in one region of the non-pixel region; a second substrate formed by being attached to the first substrate so that at least the organic light emitting diode(s) is(are) sealed; and the frit interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and formed in contact with the uneven part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
