<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly handle rights for data already received by the Sink side, even if MOVE operation has been interrupted by a failure. <P>SOLUTION: When data constituting content are received, rights for the data received are assigned from a Source to a Sink before the process of transmitting the entire content is completed, so that the data received become available successively on the Sink side, while the data portion of the content is invalidated on the Source side. The Data moved are enabled immediately after being received by the Sink side.
