<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the fatigue in the eyes of a player looking at the screen image of an ornament symbol game through a game board 30. <P>SOLUTION: A nailed area 56 where nails 43 are fixed and an unnailed area 57 where nails 43 are not fixed are formed on the game board 30, and a display window part 72, whose thickness in the front/rear direction is smaller than the other part, is formed in the unnailed area 57. A symbol display area 163 is set and located in the rear of the display window part 72 in an ornament symbol display 160. With this structure, the quantity of loss and the quantity of distortion of light when the player watches the screen image of the ornament symbol game through the transparent game board 30 are both reduced because of the effect of the thinness of the display window part 72, and the obstacle nails 43 are not present in the display window part 72 when the player watches the screen image of the ornament symbol game through the transparent game board 30.
