ANALYSIS CHIP AND ANALYSIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a solution from flowing out of a analysis chip by a reaction chamber residual pressure when stopping liquid feeding; to stabilize the reaction between a measurement target component and a selective coupling material inside a reaction chamber; and to prevent lowering of measurement sensitivity. SOLUTION: This analysis chip is constituted comprising a valve which can switch opening/closing of both flow channels on a liquid inlet side and a liquid outlet side of the reaction chamber.
